  3. A Results-Driven Mindset. Are they motivated by success and progress, or are they happy staying stagnant? As financial advisors, you need to be surrounded by a team that is as equally driven as you are.
  4. Positive Attitude. Are they pleasant to work with? Do they take things in stride, accept challenges gracefully? Or do they become toxic to the environment. Attitude affects everyone in the office, make sure it’s for the better.
  5. Core Values (that align with your culture and purpose.) Will their values and beliefs enhance your efforts? Do they subscribe to your practice’s goals and intentions?
